The house is nested on the slope of a mountain of the Sierra de Mijas in 250 meters of altitude, so that you have spectacular views - sometimes as far as 150 KM to Morocco.

Fantastic Transport Connection
- 3 minutes by car to the highway A7, gas stations (Cepsa, Shell), restaurants (Italian and Indian) and super market(Carrefour)
- 20 minutes by car to Malaga airport (ca. 18 KM) and movie theatres (partly in English)
- 5 minutes by car to super market Aldi, local trains (Malaga-Fuengirola), to the biggest european stupa and the Butterfly Park
- from 10 minutes by car to a variety of beaches and to Fuengirola with all of its restaurants and night life
- 15 minutes to an international hospital

Floor Plans
You can park right in front of the entrance. In the main level you can find one bedroom, one restroom with toilet and washing machine, the kitchen and a combined dining and living room. From there you have access to the covered terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun after sleeping in while overlooking Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea.
Downstairs you find three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a storage room and the access to the lower garden. In the garden you have sunbeds as well as an awning in front of "dormitorio 3" which will provide shade if necessary.
Since the rooms are situated downstairs they are always a bit cooler than the rooms upstairs.
In winter a semi-automatic pellet oven heats the living room, the lower corridor, the 3 lower bedrooms and both bathrooms (pellets at own cost).

The big roof terrace gives you all the sun you want as well as plenty of shade through multiple awnings.
