We are renting out the ground and the first floor including the play area in the garden with the tree house and the beautiful sunny and shady terrace with the saltwater pool.

The area that we rent out has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and living room, a room for laundry with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms have double beds, to of them 140*200 cm beds, one with a 150*200 bed and one with a 200*200 cm bed.
Additionally there is a sofa in the music room that can sleep 2 people plus a foldable baby bed if necessary.
There is a parking space on the property and many more on the street in front of the property.
